When the mission requires additional gear, you need a more robust belt.
The ZERO Heavy Belt is perfect for everyday carry and sturdy enough to handle the added weight of a radio, handcuffs, mag pouches, flashlight, and more.
We took the high-performing ZERO belt and added an additional layer of support webbing to the core. The result is a more rigid, durable, and supportive belt all while maintaining the simplicity and ZERO-excess approach of the original.
The additional layer of webbing at the core extends fully around the waist while the tail of the belt maintains the original ZERO thickness for the same easy threading and buckle adjustment.
The thickness of the ZERO Heavy Belt is the perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity when carrying a larger load out. The low profile unencumbered buckle design and purpose-built webbing give you no excess.
We partnered with Wilderness Tactical Products, makers of the Original Instructor Belt. They have been sewing tactical products for over 40 years. The ZERO Heavy Belt features a double core layer of their proprietary support webbing with a face webbing that makes a uniquely flexible and comfortable belt that is perfect in stiffness to support inside the waistband carry. Finally, the tail end of the belt is treated with Wilderness Tactical Products’ proprietary polymer, which soaks into the core of the nylon, permanently protecting it from fraying, cracking, or deforming.
EXTRA SUPPORT | With an additional layer of nylon webbing at the core, the ZERO Heavy Belt is optimized for everyday carry when more rigidity and stability is required.
SIMPLE DESIGN | The small size of the buckle does not interfere with other gear carried in front. Containing the tail requires no velcro or additional loops. It smartly hides behind itself.
SECURE FASTENER | The unique fastener and reverse threading of the belt creates tension that does not slip.
EASY SIZING | No tape measure is needed! Just buy your pants size. If your jeans are a 34, then buy a 34. If you wear an odd size like a 33, then size up. Here's an Actual Length Sizing Chart if you'd like to know how much tail you might have.
The extra-stout version of this belt is likely the best one available. After a great deal of research, I bought it and one made by a company whose initials are B.A. Here's why I kept the Tenicor and returned the other.
1. The B.A. belt has a cumbersome, unnecessarily complex buckle. No great loads are imposed on the buckle -- there's no need for it to be so huge. Tenicor's thin buckle holds perfectly and is elegantly simple.
2. The Tenicor belt fits easily through conventional belt loops. It only has the buckle on one end. Not so for the B.A. buckle, which occupies both ends of the belt and is nearly impossible to get through normal belt loops. In some cases I actually had to remove one half of the buckle and then reinstall it once the belt was threaded through.
3. Easily adjustable on the fly. The B.A. belt is a PIA to readjust, involving peeling back a long length of tenacious Velcro, then repositioning it repeatedly to fit. To readjust (after a heavy meal, e.g.), you have to do the same thing again.
4. No tail on either.
4. The B.A. belt does come in desert tan, where as the stout Tenicor belt is available in black only. Big deal.
B.A. was very kind about accepting returns and exchanges and is no doubt an excellent company. It's just that its design has been eclipsed.

Love my Zero
Very simple looking and very comfortable, also extremely efficient design. Easy to take on and off and loosen. Used my black Zero daily for my 43x appendix carry for a year. Love it so much just acquired one in FDE. Had to wait a while they are obviously very popular and go like hotcakes. Get one, you will not regret the investment

Don’t be fooled my the mind of someone claiming to be a master
I’ve been using my Tenicor Zero for a few weeks now CCW different pistols heavy to light. This belt is awesome. I have the zero in black the FDE was out of stock so I decided to try a special belt from another manufacturer and wasted $40. Learn from my mistake. Buy once… get the Zero. It’s well worth the price in craftsmanship and comfort.
