We took the high-performing ZERO belt and added an additional layer of support webbing to the core. The result is a more rigid, durable, and supportive belt all while maintaining the simplicity and ZERO-excess approach of the original.

The additional layer of webbing at the core extends fully around the waist while the tail of the belt maintains the original ZERO thickness for the same easy threading and buckle adjustment.

The thickness of the ZERO Heavy Belt is the perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity when carrying a larger load out. The low profile unencumbered buckle design and purpose-built webbing give you no excess.

We partnered with Wilderness Tactical Products, makers of the Original Instructor Belt.  They have been sewing tactical products for over 40 years. The ZERO Heavy Belt features a double core layer of their proprietary support webbing with a face webbing that makes a uniquely flexible and comfortable belt that is perfect in stiffness to support inside the waistband carry. Finally, the tail end of the belt is treated with Wilderness Tactical Products’ proprietary polymer, which soaks into the core of the nylon, permanently protecting it from fraying, cracking, or deforming.

SIMPLE DESIGN | The small size of the buckle does not interfere with other gear carried in front. Containing the tail requires no velcro or additional loops.  It smartly hides behind itself.
