We have always struggled with finding the optimal belt for concealment. Many designer belts are too flimsy to support gear and don’t hold up over time. Most “gun belts” are designed for carrying a large amount of support equipment and are too stiff and too rigid for discreet carry or inside the waistband carry.
The ZERO Belt is our answer, built from the ground up to reflect our needs for consistent carry and durability. The 1.5 inch ZERO Belt is the perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity for all-day comfort and concealment. The low profile unencumbered buckle design and purpose-built webbing give you no excess.
The ZERO Belt features a single layer of support webbing with a face webbing that makes a uniquely flexible and comfortable belt that is perfect in stiffness to support inside the waistband carry. Additionally, the tail end of the belt is treated with polymer, which soaks into the core of the nylon, permanently protecting it from fraying.
SIMPLE DESIGN | The small size of the buckle does not interfere with other gear carried in front. Containing the tail requires no velcro or additional loops. It smartly hides behind itself.
SECURE FASTENER | The unique fastener and reverse threading of the belt creates tension that does not slip.
PRECISELY ADJUSTABLE | The belt adjustment can be perfectly tuned for holding tight and supporting your equipment.
EASY SIZING | No tape measure needed! Just buy your pants size. If your Levis are a 34, then buy a 34. If you wear an odd size like a 33, then size up. Here's an Actual Length Sizing Chart if you'd like to know how much tail you might have.
Belt starts out great, but it will loosen over time during the day. I found it loosened greatly while qualifying as a CCW instructor, drawing, reupholstering, etc. Also added mag carrier weight doesn't help either. I like the product, yet I'm disappointed in the performance. My BFG Velcro EDC belt holds better in my opinion. For $75, I would say look away, not worth the cash.

Good at first, rips later on
Ordered the belt around the week before Christmas 2024. Noticed the belt ripping in the area where the buckle meets the other side a couple of months ago. I have been using hockey tape to stop it from further tearing. For 90 bucks, I hoped it would last more than a year
